Pzizz - Sleep, Nap, Focus
Best for: A guy who falls asleep fine some nights and not others and wants something in his ears to tip the odds, without downloading a stack of separate white-noise and nap apps.
What is Pzizz - Sleep, Nap, Focus?
Pzizz mixes music, a narrator's voice, and sound effects into a different combination every time you hit play, on the theory that a repeating soundtrack stops working. There's a sleep mode with a wake-up timer, a nap mode, and a focus mode for work sessions. The free "Classic" tier works without payment; the fuller Pro version sits behind a subscription with a week-long trial, so set a reminder if you don't want to get billed. This is background noise engineered with intent, not therapy, and it won't touch a diagnosed sleep disorder. If you already fall asleep fine and just want the room less silent, it does that job. Lying awake for other reasons is a different problem.
