Andy's Man Club

Best for: Men who want a free, no-pressure in-person (or online) peer group without signing up for therapy.

What is Andy's Man Club?

Andy's Man Club runs free peer support groups for men across the UK, plus online sessions for those who can't get to one in person. Groups meet every Monday at 7pm, no booking, no clinical assessment, no cost. You show up, you talk if you want to, or you just sit and listen — the site is explicit that there's no pressure either way. The charity says it's currently running over 350 groups a week with thousands of regular attendees, run by volunteer facilitators rather than therapists. That's the tradeoff: it's community, not treatment. The club states it isn't equipped for immediate crisis support — if you're in danger, they point you to Samaritans or 999, not a group meeting.
